While we utilize policy-compliant procedures and verified 3PL fulfillment networks, third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Facebook) reserve the right to modify their policies. HMT AMZ LLC is not liable for platform-wide algorithm updates or suspensions resulting from marketplace policy changes beyond our control.
